We want all young people to get moving and be active, so have some challenges especially for them! Designed to encourage young people to increase their activity levels, each challenge requires them to complete a set amount of Words within a set amount of time. 

There is no need to submit evidence or upload any files. To keep it simple for children, we'll set out the packs automatically to the registered parent/guardian on entry. Inside each pack will be a tracking sheet that allows children to log and track their progress, parents/guardians can help children complete the sheet if necessary and reward their child with the reward pack once completed.
